On June 2022, Orbitel Holdings and MBS Media Group, announced that they would be re-merging into a new company called Orbit Ventures, having previously split in 2016. The re-merger was completed on September 19th, 2022.

From September 19th, Orbitel Holdings was renamed as Orbitel Group and then divided into five larger units, leaving Orbitel Group solely in charge of the conglomerate's telecommunications services.
