On June 2022, Orbitel Holdings and MBS Media Group, announced that they would be re-merging into a new company called Orbit Ventures, having previously split in 2016. The re-merger was completed on September 19th, 2022.

From September 19th, MBS Media Group was renamed MBS Entertainment Group and it is now a major unit of Orbit Ventures.
